Ingredients: peeled buckwheat
Tárvaaugu Mahe farm grows mild gluten-free buckwheat, and all raw materials are processed/produced in the farm's production building. Processing begins in the mill room, where buckwheat is sorted and cleaned. The husk is removed from the cleaned buckwheat with a stone mill, because the stone mill gently removes the husk, as a result of which the buckwheat grain remains intact. With this peeling method, the buckwheat remains viable and can be germinated. In terms of color, the buckwheat grain is light in color, which confirms that the buckwheat has not been heated or processed. Such buckwheat is called raw buckwheat.
