Preparation:
Season the water with salt and let it boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water: 2 parts water and 1 part pasta. Boil for 1-2 min and then rinse with cold water.

Preparation:
boil buckwheat paste in salted water, 1-2 min. according to the instructions on the package
