Preparation:

Season the water with salt and let it boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water: 2 parts water and 1 part pasta. Boil for 1-2 min and then rinse with cold water.

NB! Watch the pasta while cooking!

Preparation:

boil buckwheat paste in salted water, 1-2 min. according to the instructions on the package

slice the salmon and fry gently in a pan

chop the mushrooms, gently fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter and add the sauce cream. stir the sauce until the sauce thickens

chop cucumber, tomato, pepper

place cooked buckwheat pasta on a plate, add cream sauce and fried salmon slices. season with salt if necessary. add chopped tomato, cucumber, paprika.
