Recipe for muesli with buckwheat and oat flakes:
100 g buckwheat groats
50 g of whole grain oatmeal (e.g. millet flakes)
50 g of hazelnuts
50 g of walnuts
50 g of seeds (e.g. 5-seed mixture, pumpkin, sunflower, flax seeds, etc.)
100 g of sugar
4 tbsp sugar syrup/honey (we used rowan syrup 5+)
5 tbsp rapeseed oil
50 g dried apricots/plums (both if desired)
50 g of dried cranberries
50 g of raisins
50 g of banana chips
Mix the flakes, chopped nuts and seeds with sugar, syrup and oil in a bowl. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and roast in a 180◦C oven for ~10-20 minutes (depending on the oven).
When you take it out of the oven, let the muesli cool and after a while mix in the chopped fruits and berries.
