Buckwheat and Oat Flakes Muesli Recipe:
100g buckwheat groats
50g whole grain oatmeal (e.g. millet flakes)
50g hazelnuts
50g walnuts
50g seeds (e.g. 5-seed mixture, pumpkin, sunflower, flax seeds, etc.)
100g sugar
4 tbsp sugar syrup/honey (we used mountain ash syrup 5+)
5 tbsp rapeseed oil
50g dried apricots/plums (both if desired)
50 g dried cranberries
50 g raisins
50 g banana chips
Mix the flakes, chopped nuts and seeds with sugar, syrup and oil in a bowl. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and roast in a 180◦C oven for ~10-20 minutes (depending on the oven).
Remove from the oven, let the muesli cool and after a moment mix the chopped fruits and berries into the mixture.
